This site is operated by c.kinii. Throughout these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to c.kinii. “You” refers to the person using the site or buying from it.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use this site or place an order. By using the site you confirm that you are.

You agree not to use our products for any unlawful purpose, and not to use the site in any way that violates the laws of your jurisdiction.

Products

Products are made in small batches and quantities are limited. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, and refuse any order at our discretion.

We do our best to display colours and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen shows them exactly as they are. Garments are made in small runs, so slight variation between pieces is normal and is not a defect.

All product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice.

All sales are final

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. We may refuse or cancel any order, including after you have received a confirmation, for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete purchase and account information, and to update it as needed so we can complete your order and contact you.

Payment is processed by third party providers through Shopify. We do not store your full payment details.

Pricing errors

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at that price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and charged. If your card has already been charged, we will issue a full refund.

Shipping

Shipping timeframes, customs, and what happens if an item arrives damaged are set out on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Product use and care

Our Care Instructions explain how to look after your garment. Damage caused by machine washing, tumble drying, hot tubs, chlorine exposure without rinsing, or general misuse is not a manufacturing defect and is not covered.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including photographs, text, designs, graphics, and the c.kinii name and logo, is our property or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without written permission.

Content you submit

If you send us reviews, photos, comments, or other content, you grant us a non exclusive, royalty free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with our business, including on this site and on social media.

You confirm that anything you send is your own, does not infringe anyone’s rights, and is not unlawful, abusive, or obscene. We may remove any submitted content at any time, for any reason, without notice.

Prohibited uses

You may not use the site to break any law, infringe anyone’s intellectual property, harass or abuse anyone, submit false information, upload malicious code, collect other people’s personal information, spam, scrape, or interfere with the security of the site.

The site may link to third party sites and services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices, and linking to them is not an endorsement.
